- Do’s and Don’ts for you as a whistleblower
Do Report any unethical behavior or illegal activity you witness in good faith. Use the proper channels (such as the hotline or compliance officer) to report concerns. Provide clear and accurate information when reporting an issue. Cooperate with investigations while respecting confidentiality and company policies.
Don’t make false or malicious reports, as this can harm others and SimCorp. Never attempt to hide or ignore unethical behavior.
